Ghosts 是首個亦是唯一透過棄掉手牌來增強自己的種族，而且是繼 Aliens 後又一擁有加 VP 咭牌的種族，問鬼何所欲？
Minion
Spectre (5) x 1 - Special: If you have 2 or fewer cards in your hand, any time you can play a minion, you can play this card from your discard pile instead.
Haunting (3) x 2 - Ongoing: If you have two or fewer cards in your hand, this minion has +3 power and is not affected by other players' cards.
Spirit (3) x 3 - Choose a minion. You may discard cards equal to its power to destroy it.
Ghost (2) x 4 - You may discard a card from your hand.
Action
Across the Divide x 1 - Choose a card name. Place any number of minions with that name from your discard pile into your hand.
Door to the Beyond x 1 - Play on a base. Ongoing: If you have two or fewer cards in your hand, each of your minions here has +2 power.
Ghostly Arrival x 2 - You may play an extra minion and/or an extra action.
Incorporeal x 2- Play on one of your minions. Ongoing: This minion is not affected by other players' cards.
Make Contact x 1 - You can only play this card if it is the last card in your hand. Play on a minion. Ongoing: Treat this minion as yours while it and this card are in play.
Séance x 1 - If you have 2 or fewer cards in your hand, draw until you have 5 cards.
Shady Deal x 1 - If you have two or fewer cards in your hand, gain 1 VP.
The Dead Rise x 1 - Discard any number of cards. Play an extra minion from your discard pile with power less than the number of cards you discarded.

記得在 Tricksters 一文提剖折過 Card advantage 的概念嗎？(https://www.facebook.com/BGPort/posts/462928660717738) 增加自己咭牌以及使對手丟棄咭牌都能為己方帶來優勢，而跟據 Smash Up Tier List (https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/143688/smash-faction-power-ranking) 來看，像 Tricksters 和 Super Spies 等主力使對手丟棄手牌的種族都比較弱... 那麼 Ghosts 的特殊打法在戰局上有甚麼影響呢？
1. 棄掉手牌 選擇更少
咭牌玩家都明白「手牌就是策略」這個道理。棄掉手牌除了令自己可運用的策略減少之外，亦令對手更易估計你的策略，這是因為棄牌堆的咭牌是公開資訊，任何玩家也可以隨時翻閱。
2. 手牌越少 越易受襲
Ghosts 透過打出或丟棄咭牌，使手牌數量達到兩張或以下，才可使用強力效果。為了保持神秘感，往往需要把強效的咭牌留在手中，保持手牌4張或以下，以作突擊之用。例如手上有 Ghostly Arrival、Haunting、Haunting 和 Shady Deal，我們可以把兩張 Haunting 都打進場中，以 12 點力量值突擊，打出 Shady Deal 時更可以加 1VP！可是這種策略使我們更易被對手的 discard 策略擾亂... 可能得不償失。如果先把 Haunting 打進場中，又可能被對手乾脆殺掉:(
3. 難以配合 其他種族
有說 Zombies 和 Robots 能夠配合 Ghosts 的打法：Zombies 有 play extra minion 等方法降低手牌數量，也能使用已丟棄的咭牌；Robots 則可讓你瘋狂 play extra minion，瞬間減少手牌數量... 可是 Zombies 和 Robots 本身已是無敵級別，Ghosts 可能是在拖後腿啊~ 除了 Wizards 之外，其他讓你抽取額外手牌的種族都不能配合 Ghosts… Wizards 有大量方法讓你打出額外的 Minion 或 Action，若非如此，抽咭與 Ghosts 跟本是 anti-synergistic。
話雖如此，Ghosts 其獨特的打法確是令人賞心悅目，籽也很喜歡挑戰自己，使用這 Lower tier 的種族。各位 Smash Up 玩家有沒有心水的種族能配合 Ghost 呢？
